    Don’t forget the next run in our fun run pub series….thursday, feb 18th in Exeter….meet at the Tavern on Rivers Edge at 6pm, the tavern is right on the main drag in Exeter!   for directions www.tavernatriversedge.com.  We will have a 3 or 5 mile run…then join us in the pub after the run for some cocktails!….hope to see you then.

    Have you heard the BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ….about CAA’s newest challenge….it’s the Seacoast Marathon Challenge….

    This challenge is for any level runner with a marathon goal

    1. For those interested in pursuing their first marathon needing support and guidance.
    2. For runners who already have completed a marathon and are ready for the next goal.
    3. For advanced marathoners looking for scheduled workouts and company during long runs.
    4. Select a fall marathon –Portland, Me and Hampton, NH, both have reserved spots for us.
    5. Convenient long runs mapped along the seacoast. .
    6. Mentor/Mentee support as well as Facebook group page for advice and coaching along the way.
    7. A good time and a wonderful journey to 26.2 miles!!

    HAVE YOU RENEWED? there are still quite a few of you who haven’t…. PLEASE… All memberships run January to December…. thank you to everyone that has taken the time to renew!!

    You have 3 options in order to renew your membership…

    1.  ONLINE…go to http://www.coastalathletic.org/membership-renewal

    2.  Go to http://www.coastalathletic.org/membership and download the online application and mail it to CAA, PO Box 1498, Portsmouth,  NH
    03801.

    3.  Stop by Runner’s Alley and drop off a check/cash, please make sure you have your name attached to the cash so that we know who it is from…YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION IF ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION IS THE SAME!!…

    The Tavern-163 Water Street, Exeter….we will meet in the front of the bar for a 3 or 5 mile run.  After the run we will go inside for appetizers provided by the club!
    Thursday, March 18th, 3rd stop in our annual CAA Pub Series FUN RUN…Hampton, NH  6pm…location TBA

    Thursday, April 15th, 4th stop in our annual CAA Pub Series FUN RUN…Durham, NH  6pm ….location TBA

    Thursday, May 20th, 5th stop in our annual CAA Pub Series FUN RUN…Eliot, ME  6pm….location Shipyard BrewPub!

    TRACK WORKOUTS start….Tuesday, April 20th at 6:15 at the Portsmouth High School.  More details to follow regarding the track workouts as well as beginner track sessions!

    SATURDAY BAGEL RUN, Saturday, March 6th(DATE CHANGE) at 8am….if you have never come to our Saturday morning run, you don’t know the fun you are missing…come check it out….run 4, 6, or 8 miles and join us for bagels and juice after the run!

    Saturdays, Runner’s Alley at 8am 4, 6, 8 mile loops

    Monday nights, Redhook Brewery at 6pm 4-5 mile loop
