<div><strong>BOARD MEMBER NEWS&#8230;</strong></div>
<div>For those of you who are new to the club, we actually do have a Board of Directors as well as Officers&#8230;we meet every other month.  Because we are not a big club that puts on races and events, the main focus of the BOD is to keep the club operating smoothly and efficiently.  We are always trying to brings things to the club that keep it exciting and interesting but still manageable, too many activities is not always a good thing!  Currently the club is about 170 members strong and we look forward to another great year of welcoming new members as well as  keeping &#8220;old&#8221; members running!  With that being said, we have voted in two new officers who are former board members, Vicki Arel will take over the role of Vice President and Molly Betournay will take over the role of Secretary.  Sybil Carven and Steve Luber will remain as President and Treasurer until at least July, when the board will vote again(July is our annual voting time period unless a position needs to be filled).  In addition, Brian Betournay, Andy Gagnon, Linda Conti, April Pratt, Simon Trigg, Beth Lindquist, Mike Davis and Niel McCaffrey are current board members, with additional board members to be added in February 7th at our next meeting.</div>
