    Saturday Morning Runs

Come sun, rain, snow or hail, join us for an 8:00 am run on Saturday mornings, leaving from Runner’s Alley on Congress Street in Portsmouth. The course is the New Castle loop, or any variation of that loop you’d prefer to run.  Run  a 46, or 8 mile route.

Monday Night Runs at Saunders Restaurant

Through the warm months we meet at Saunders Restaurant at Rye Harbor at 6:00pm – 3,4,5 and 6 mile courses available. Re-hydration and social time to follow the run.

Monday Night Runs at Redhook Brewery

During the Winter months, meet at the Redhook Brewery on the Pease Tradeport at 6:00pm for a 4 mile run. Bring your reflective gear. RedHook beer is a great way to hydrate afterwards!

    Thursday Night Runs

All year, meet at 6:00pm on Thursday nights at Runner’s Alley for a 3-4 mile run, then socialize in downtown Portsmouth afterwards. Bring your reflective gear.

    Tuesday Night Track Workouts

Our track workouts start at 6:15pm, sharp at the Portsmouth High School track (roughly 1 hour long but get there early to warm-up and stretch.) A nice variation in your running routine and great way to work on your speed and break that pace you’re stuck in. Coach Dan and Paul will be writing workouts for Tuesday nights. These workouts run mid-April through mid-October.

    Meetings/Speakers

CAA will host 1-2 educational meetings throughout the year at the Redhook Brewery where you can learn about anything from yoga to ultramarathons to how to properly pick a running shoe.
